1. Awakening Qi with Yuan Qigong
A self-paced course with 6 weekly guided sessions
I invite you to join me for this 6-week introductory course where we explore the world of Yuan Qigong and how to work with it in a simple and practical way for health, wellbeing, and healing.
This is a self-paced online course, with guided recordings to support your learning and practice. You can begin whenever it feels right for you, and you’ll receive one session per week over 6 weeks, supporting a steady and integrated learning process.
The sessions include guided Qigong movements, breathing, and meditation practices and between 60-75mins in length.
Qigong practice naturally calms and clears the mind, creating space for creativity, focus, and a more relaxed inner state where peace, joy, and vitality can arise.
The Yuan Qigong methods support the amount, quality, and flow of Qi throughout the body, while gently opening the heart and supporting a deeper connection with your own inner awareness and innate wisdom.
My intention is that you will finish the course feeling more connected with your Qi, your body, and your True Self, and have practical tools you can integrate into daily life. Regular practice can make a profound difference, and this course offers a clear first step.
Yuan Qigong is easy to learn, safe, and effective, supporting increased health, happiness, and wellbeing.

- Tian Yuan: Gathering Qi (life force energy)
- Di Yuan: Storing Qi
You will also learn two key supporting practices:
- Pulling Qi

Rachel began teaching Qigong in 2010. She first trained and taught Zhineng Qigong, and now shares Yuan Qigong - a contemporary, heart-focused Qigong system that supports health, vitality, emotional balance, and inner development.
She has taught classes, day workshops, and longer retreats for over 15 years.
Rachel is also a qualified acupuncturist since 1995, trained in the UK at the International College of Oriental Medicine, and has been in private practice in both the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand

2. Awakening Qi with Yuan Qigong

This will be a gentle and practical day, offering a simple way to reconnect with yourself through Yuan Qigong practice, breathing, and guided meditation. It is suitable for both beginners and those wanting to reconnect with the practice.
The day will include Qigong movement and self-healing practices, supporting a deeper alignment between your body, your Qi (life force energy), your heart, and your awareness.
Over the years my own practice has deepened and grown, and I love sharing this practice with others.
My intention is that you will finish the day feeling recharged and inspired, with some practical tools you can choose to integrate into your life.
