1. Awakening Qi with Yuan Qigong
A self-paced course with 6 weekly guided sessions
I invite you to join me for this 6-week introductory course where we explore the world of Yuan Qigong and how to work with it in a simple and practical way for health, wellbeing, and healing.
This is a self-paced online course, with guided recordings to support your learning and practice. You can begin whenever it feels right for you, and you’ll receive one session per week over 6 weeks, supporting a steady and integrated learning process.
The sessions include guided Qigong movements, breathing, and meditation practices and between 60-75mins in length.
Qigong practice naturally calms and clears the mind, creating space for creativity, focus, and a more relaxed inner state where peace, joy, and vitality can arise.
The Yuan Qigong methods support the amount, quality, and flow of Qi throughout the body, while gently opening the heart and supporting a deeper connection with your own inner awareness and innate wisdom.
My intention is that you will finish the course feeling more connected with your Qi, your body, and your True Self, and have practical tools you can integrate into daily life. Regular practice can make a profound difference, and this course offers a clear first step.
Yuan Qigong is easy to learn, safe, and effective, supporting increased health, happiness, and wellbeing.
What you will learn
The first two methods of the Yuan Qigong system:
- Tian Yuan: Gathering Qi (life force energy)
- Di Yuan: Storing Qi
You will also learn two key supporting practices:
- Pulling Qi
- Dantian Breathing
Heart meditations

2. Live Zoom Qigong Class

This ongoing practice class is designed to support the development of a regular and enjoyable Qigong practice in a friendly and supportive online environment.
Weekly Online Qigong Practice Class
- Saturdays, 9.30am – 10.45am NZ Time
- Starting Saturday 25 July
- 6 weekly sessions Live Zoom sessions
All sessions will be recorded and recordings will be available for six weeks following the completion of the course.
Sessions will include:
Tian Yuan
Di Yuan
Guided meditations, including Pulling Qi and Dantian Breathing
Ongoing Ren Xue teachings to support health, wellbeing and personal growth
Whether you are relatively new to Yuan Gong or have been practising for some time, these sessions will provide an opportunity to deepen your practice and strengthen your connection with your body, your Qi, your heart, and your True Self.
As the course progresses, we may also begin an introduction to Ren Yuan, a method for moving Qi through the channels.

3. Exploring Patterns - and How to Work with them (live zoom)

Have you ever wondered why you keep reacting in the same ways, even when you genuinely want to change?
Perhaps you find yourself worrying, avoiding difficult conversations, expecting the worst, feeling frustrated when things don't go to plan, or repeating the same relationship dynamics over and over again.
These patterns are not who we are. They are largely subconscious and can quietly shape how we perceive and respond to life. Many of our recurring thoughts, emotions and behaviours arise from these deeper patterns operating beneath conscious awareness.
Over six weeks we will explore:
How patterns are formed, the purpose they serve, and why they persist
How they influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, health, happiness, life experiences and potential for growth
Practical ways to work with patterns and create lasting change
Forming a deeper relationship with the pure heart and its qualities of Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude and True Respect
Practices that help you become more present, observe thoughts, emotions and reactions with greater clarity, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself
How to respond more consciously to life rather than reacting automatically from old conditioning
An introduction to Ling Yuan (the 8th Method) for transforming unhealthy patterns
This course draws on​ Yuan Qigong​ teachings: Tong Yuan and Ling Yuan​ and Mingyuan
​It includes practical self-awareness and reflection exercises.
The aim is to become more conscious and to live with greater awareness, ​joy, freedom and wisdom.
